    About this event

    Course Code: 25019

Teacher: This course is being taught by Beverley.

    What is this Course about?

During this five-week course you will be breathing new life into your old clothes/bedding by turning them into fabric flowers that can be framed, made into brooches, or even attached to hair bands.

    Who is this Course for?

This course is aimed at those who want to explore how to be sustainable and turn old clothes/fabric into fabric flowers which can be used to decorate a wide number of items.

Want to put your sewing knowledge to the test? Try our Sewing quiz and see if you could learn more with some of our courses.

Entry Requirements to do this Course:

A basic level of conversational and written English. Reasonable motor skills, as you will be hand sewing and cutting out.

    How you will be assessed?

Through questions and answers, the completion of weekly learner reflection forms and a sample of your work completed during the session.

How much studying will I need to do outside of the lesson?

You will need to spend an hour to prepare your fabric for the following week.

    What learners need to bring/supply

Students will need to provide all materials and tools to complete the project being created. A material listing will be provided prior to the start of the course. We also suggest items you would normally throw away so reduce costs and be sustainable.

    Additional Information

The amount of time practising is totally up to you but the more you put in, the more you will get out of this course.

What happens after I book this course?
