Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is for staff and managers who want to better understand workplace stress, prevent burnout and build practical resilience. It is suitable for anyone who wants to recognise overload earlier, support themselves and others more effectively, and take positive steps to maintain wellbeing at work.
Entry Requirements to do this workshop:
No prior knowledge is required. Learners should be willing to reflect on their own wellbeing, take part in supportive discussion and practise simple stress-management techniques during the session.

What learners need to bring/supply
A note-taking device or notebook. Learners may wish to wear comfortable clothing if they would like to take part in gentle breathing or mindfulness activities. They should also aim to be in a quiet environment with minimal distractions.

Learners do not need to prepare anything in advance. They may find it helpful to think about current sources of pressure at work, what helps them stay well, and any boundaries or adjustments that could support their wellbeing.
