What is this course about?

This workshop will introduce you to how to protect yourself from potential threats to your personal safety online and will cover the following topics:

Exploring the dangers and benefits of the internet
Identify different web endings and their meaning
Discuss internet jargons and what they mean
Gain general information about the Internet

Who is this course for?

Anyone who would like to protect themselves whilst using the internet.

Entry Requirements to do this course:

No previous knowledge is required, however a basic level of conversational and written English is needed to complete this workshop. You must also have basic IT skills.

A Hertfordshire Resident
Aged 19 years or older on 1st September 2022
UK National and lived in UK for last 3 years or EEA National with settled/pre-settled status and lived in EEA for last 3 years
