    What is this workshop about?

Macrame is the technique of using different knots to craft an item. It doesn’t require any special tools or equipment and is an accessible and relaxing route into making your own crafts. This course will embed the basic numeracy skills required to measure, convert and design your own macrame keyring.

    Who is this workshop for?

Anybody who would like to build their confidence in numeracy through craft.

Entry Requirements to do this workshop:

A basic level of conversational English is required.

    How you will be assessed?

Question and Answer with the tutor throughout the course, and a learner reflection form at the end of the course.

After this workshop you might like to… explore more of our craft courses, on topics such as crochet and sewing. Or move onto our numeracy confidence courses, such as ‘An introduction to fractions’.
