What is this course about?

This is an intermediate level course which will help you improve your skills and give you confidence in using Microsoft PowerPoint. The main areas that we will cover during this course are:

• Applying and modifying transitions and managing slides
• Using Find and Replace
• Adding numbered and bulleted lists, indents and line spacing
• Formatting pictures and aligning, ordering, and grouping objects.
• Animating text and objects and inserting videos and audios.
• Adding and modifying charts and adding and editing SmartArt graphics.

Who is this course for?

This course is for people who are competent in using the basic PowerPoint skills and now want to learn more features and functions to further improve their skills.

Entry Requirements to do this course:

A basic level of conversational and written English is needed to complete this course. You must also have a basic level of PowerPoint skills.

How you will be assessed?

Question and answer, discussions, and observations. You will also be asked to complete Learner reflections.

How much studying will I need to do outside of the lesson?

It will be advised to use the skills learnt in the classes and practise on your own PowerPoint documents and devices.
