What is the workshop about?
This workshop is about understanding the different mindsets and how this can impact our lives on a personal and professional level. To learn strategies to help change a mindset and make changes at a personal and professional level.
Who is the workshop for?
Anyone who would like to know more about how to change their mindsets to help them achieve more in their personal and professional lives.
Entry Requirements to do this course:
No previous knowledge is required, however digital skills are essential as this will be an online course. We will be using Word doc/Google doc.

This course is fully funded by The Education & Skills Funding Agency for adults who meet the following criteria:
- A Hertfordshire Resident
- Aged 19 years or older on 1st September 2022
- UK National and lived in UK for last 3 years or EEA National with settled/pre-settled status and lived in EEA for last 3 years
