This short workshop is about understanding the different mindsets and how this can impact our lives on a personal and professional level. To learn strategies to help change a mindset and make changes on a personal and professional level.

Who is this Workshop for?

Anyone who would like to know more about how to change their mindsets to help them achieve more in their personal and professional lives.

Entry Requirements to do this Workshop:

A good level of conversational English is needed to complete this course. No previous knowledge is required, however digital skills are essential as this will be an online course. We will be using Word doc/Google doc.

How you will be assessed?

Discussions, observation, Q&A and the completion of a worksheet.

What learners need to bring/supply

Pen, paper and an open mind.
