What is this workshop about?
Always wanted to keep a journal but not been sure where to start? Then join this two-hour workshop and explore the benefits of journalling and the ways you can record your thoughts and feeling during 2024 and beyond.
Who is this workshop for?
Anyone who has thought about keeping a journal (diary) but doesn’t know where to start.
Entry Requirements to do this workshop:
A basic level of conversational and written English is required plus basic computer skills.
How you will be assessed?
Through questions and answers and the completion of a learner reflection form.
After this workshop you might like to… attend one of our other related courses e.g. Digital Scrapbooking or one of our poetry or photography courses.
Material supplied by Step2Skills
Learning resources which can be accessed via Google Classrooms.
What learners need to bring/supply
Laptop, paper and pen/pencil.

Online live streamed - Google Classroom
Venue Information
This course/workshop is run as real-time online using Google Classroom. This means that instead of having to go to a classroom, the classroom comes to you! You are taught by a teacher and you will have classmates that you share ideas with. To take part you will need a tablet or laptop/computer with a webcam and microphone to enable you to interact. A few days before the start, your teacher will email you with instructions on how to join the class.

*This workshop is fully funded by The Education & Skills Funding Agency for adults who meet the following criteria:
- A Hertfordshire Resident
- Aged 19 years or older on 1st September 2023
- UK National and lived in the UK for the last 3 years or EEA National with settled/pre-settled status and lived in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years
