If English is not your first language, we have courses available to improve your English and gain a qualification. If you want to start from September, come and meet some of our teachers on this session. On the day we will check your language skills so that we can place you on the right course.
Please bring:
- Photo ID (Passport/ Driving Licence)
- NI Number
- Emergency contact details: name and number
- Evidence of your residency status if you have not lived in the EU for the last 3 years
Duration: 2.5 hours

Please note:
Our ESOL courses are fully funded by The Education & Skills Funding Agency for adults who meet the following criteria:
- Aged 19 years or older on 1st September 2023.
- UK National and lived in UK for last 3 years or EEA National with settled/pre-settled status and lived in EEA for last 3 years.
- Unemployed and claiming benefits or earning below £20,319.
- Learners should also be a Hertfordshire resident.

Venue Information
The church, which was opened in 1898, is in a central location and the building is of Gothic design. The premises comprise the Church with a superb pipe organ, a large Hall (16m x 9m) with high beamed roof and wood blocked floor which has been modernised to make a light, attractive environment with easy access to a modern kitchen and several smaller meeting rooms.
