    What is this workshop about?

    This workshop will provide you with information and knowledge to be able to write a CV using a good structure, how to write a personal profile and a cover letter. Learn what employers looks for and some do’s and don’ts.

    A CV is your first chance to promote yourself and a good CV can help you stand out to employers and recruiters.

    Who is this workshop for?

    This is for anyone who would like to update their CV or write a new CV with good structure and content. If you are currently looking for employment or volunteering this will widen your knowledge and skills in these topics.

    Entry Requirements to do this workshop:

    A basic level of conversational and written English is required.

    What learners need to bring/supply

    Learners must have access to a laptop, tablet or desktop with good wifi and a webcam. It would be a benefit to have a copy of your CV to use through the session. If the workshop is face to face please bring your device with you.

    What happens after I book this workshop?

    *Except for the registration fee, this course/workshop is fully funded by The Education & Skills Funding Agency for adults who meet the following criteria:

    • A Hertfordshire Resident
    • Aged 19 years or older on 31st August 2024
    • UK National and lived in the UK for the last 3 years or EEA National with settled/pre-settled status and lived in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years
