This workshop is for managers, team leaders and supervisors who want to give feedback that improves performance while maintaining trust, confidence and motivation. It is suitable for anyone responsible for supporting staff development, addressing mistakes or encouraging positive behaviour change.
Entry Requirements to do this workshop:
No prior knowledge is required. Learners should be willing to reflect on their own feedback style, take part in discussion and practise coaching-based feedback conversations.
