What is this workshop about?
During this workshop you will learn paper-based crafting techniques to create some small decorative boxes ideal for wrapping gifts or used as table setting etc.. We will also explore how to upcycle and reuse different paper-based products.
Who is this workshop for?
This workshop is aimed at people who are new to paper-crafting, or want time out to do something for themselves and who are interested in crafting sustainably.
Entry Requirements to do this workshop:
A basic level of conversational and written English and reasonable motor skills as you will need to be able to manipulate tools and materials.
How you will be assessed?
Through questions and answers, the completion of weekly learner reflection forms and a sample of your work completed during the session.
What learners need to bring/supply
Students will need to provide all materials and tools to complete the project being created. A material listing will be provided prior to the start of the course. We also suggest items you would normally throw away so reduce costs and be sustainable.

Venue Information
This course/workshop is run as real-time online using Google Classroom. This means that instead of having to go to a classroom, the classroom comes to you! You are taught by a teacher and you will have classmates that you share ideas with. To take part you will need a tablet or laptop/computer with a webcam and microphone to enable you to interact. A few days before the start, your teacher will email you with instructions on how to join the class.

- A Hertfordshire Resident
- Aged 19 years or older on 31st August 2024
- UK National and lived in the UK for the last 3 years or EEA National with settled/pre-settled status and lived in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years
