What is this Workshop about?
Improve your own levels of confidence by exploring where confidence comes from and by identifying the behaviour and characteristics of confident people. You’ll identify methods and strategies for increasing your confidence levels such as the use of positive thinking and self-affirmations. You will also discuss concepts such as self-efficacy, self-belief and the importance of recognising your own values, skills and abilities.
Who is this Workshop for?
This course is aimed towards anyone who would like to improve their trust in themselves and go into the world feeling confident, speaking to new people and being able to go for whatever they want to achieve
Entry Requirements to do this Workshop:
A good level of conversational and written English is needed to complete this course.
How you will be assessed?
Weekly learner reflections, observation and Q&A.

Pen and paper.

Online live streamed - Google Classroom
Venue Information
This course/workshop is run as real-time online using Google Classroom. This means that instead of having to go to a classroom, the classroom comes to you! You are taught by a teacher and you will have classmates that you share ideas with. To take part you will need a tablet or laptop/computer with a webcam and microphone to enable you to interact. A few days before the start, your teacher will email you with instructions on how to join the class.

- A Hertfordshire Resident
- Aged 19 years or older on 31st August 2024
- UK National and lived in the UK for the last 3 years or EEA National with settled/pre-settled status and lived in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years
