What is this Workshop about?
This short taster serves as an introduction to improving your own levels of confidence by identifying unhelpful beliefs and negatives thoughts and through the power of positive thinking.
Who is this Workshop for?
This workshop is for those wishing to make a start at improving their confidence levels at work, at home and socially
Entry Requirements to do this Workshop:
A good level of conversational and written English is needed to complete this course.
How you will be assessed?
Weekly learner reflections, observation and Q&A.
How much studying will I need to do outside of the lesson?
Minimal except for putting into practise in real life, some of the techniques gained throughout the sessions.
What learners need to bring/supply
Pen and paper.

*Except for the registration fee, this course/workshop is fully funded by The Education & Skills Funding Agency for adults who meet the following criteria:
- A Hertfordshire Resident
- Aged 19 years or older on 31st August 2024
- UK National and lived in the UK for the last 3 years or EEA National with settled/pre-settled status and lived in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years
