What is this course about?
Learn what you can do to improve nutrition, fitness and wellbeing into daily life. The areas that we will cover during this course are:
- Wellbeing and easy wins
- The myths, Do’s and Don’ts
- What you should know about, water, hydration and sugar
- Nutrition – the different nutrients groups (macro and micro), what you need to know about these and what food they are found in.
- Activity and fitness – the benefits, what you should do
- Stress and Sleep
Who is this course for?
This course is for people who would like to develop a good basic knowledge of nutrition, fitness, and wellbeing.
Entry Requirements to do this course:
A basic level of conversational and written English is required
How you will be assessed?
Question and Answer, discussion and you will be asked to complete Learner reflections.

None

Venue Information
This course/workshop is run as real-time online using Google Classroom. This means that instead of having to go to a classroom, the classroom comes to you! You are taught by a teacher and you will have classmates that you share ideas with. To take part you will need a tablet or laptop/computer with a webcam and microphone to enable you to interact. A few days before the start, your teacher will email you with instructions on how to join the class.

- Aged 19 years or older on 1st September 2023
- UK National and lived in UK for last 3 years or EEA National with settled/pre-settled status and lived in the UK/EEA for last 3 years
