How to create a neurodivergent friendly workplace

This workshop is suitable for all multi agency staff except school staff.

Objectives for this session are:

• To understand what we mean by neurodivergence

• To explore the benefits of neurodiversity at work

• To understand manager responsibilities

• To take away new information and ideas to improve neurodiversity inclusion in the workplace

The workshop covers making adjustments for neurodivergent colleagues and hiring and managing neurodivergent staff.
