SEND Learning Week - Safe Prescribing in Mental Health for People with SEND

This presentation will support an understanding of safe mental health prescribing for people with SEND, recognising individual needs, communication differences and potential medication risks.

It will provide guidance on personalised prescribing, monitoring, reasonable adjustments and collaborative decision-making factoring in safety and outcomes. It'll be delivered by HCT PALMS.
