    About this event

“Stronger Together: Skills, Connections and Confidence for SEND”

Join us for an inspiring week of learning webinars dedicated to strengthening the support network around children and young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).

Throughout the week, we will explore how building skills, fostering connections, and developing confidence can create positive outcomes for professionals, children/young people and their families. Our speakers will share practical strategies, innovative approaches, and real-world insights to help strengthen collaboration, empower practitioners, and enhance practice across education, health, and social care.

Whether you're an educator, practitioner, leader, or support professional, this week offers valuable learning and opportunities to connect with others who are passionate about improving outcomes for children/young people with SEND. Together, we can build the skills, relationships, and confidence needed to help every child and young person thrive.

This event is for SEND Practitioners in HCC, Health Services and Hertfordshire schools/settings.
