Learning how to use colourful semantics

This training is organised by the Children and Young People's Therapy (CYPT) Service

Purpose

This hands-on, face-to-face, small group workshop will allow you to:

• develop an understanding of colourful semantics as an approach to support language development,
• understand the benefits of using colourful semantics and which children this approach is suitable for,
• learn how to use the colourful semantics approach with a range of practical activity ideas and opportunities to practise using the system, and
• consider how to apply the approach within the classroom.
