Diagnostic Literacy Assessment Apsley Campus

The course is primarily designed for new SENCO’s and Teaching Assistants.

Aims:

• To be able to use the Cognition and Learning Team’s informal literacy assessments (Phonological Awareness and Baseline Word Reading and Spelling)
• To be able to analyse results to identify what to teach
• To know how to review progress to inform next steps

All delegates will receive an e-folder of resources, including informal assessments
