Zero Suicide Alliance (ZSA) - 30 Minutes FREE Training

This 30-minute self-led online training session, is a suicide prevention initiative delivered by the Hertfordshire Integrated Care System, offering free training from the Zero Suicide Alliance.

Information about this training

This training works towards the wider aim of breaking down the stigma surrounding suicide by encouraging open conversations about it, to help individuals recognise signs of suicidal thoughts, speak supportively, and signpost to appropriate services.

To gain the skills and confidence to help someone who may be considering suicide.

Who is the course aimed at?

This course is open to everyone, including Hertfordshire residents, carers, volunteers and professionals.
