The training will be online and will be a refresher to the full NHS Health Check training you have completed previously.

Who is the course aimed at?

Aimed at professionals who are delivering NHS Health Checks within HCC or contracted community services (GP, CP, Healthy Hubs, Secondary Care etc).

To have previously completed full NHS Health Check training

What happens after I book this training?

After booking the training, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details of location of training. Post-training, a follow-up email will provide instructions to complete for your participation certificate. You’ll also have the option to engage in follow-up communication.
