Yoga for neurodiverse teens / pre-teens (ages 9-15), Letchworth - 08/10/2025

These sessions are designed for children and young people who may:

• Be autistic or on the autism spectrum

• Have ADHD or find it difficult to sit still, focus, or slow down

• Experience anxiety, overwhelm, or emotional outbursts

• Feel like they don’t quite “fit in” with typical peer groups

• Crave calm, and nurturing connection

• Simply need more gentle emotional support in a non-pressured space

 

Whether your child has a formal diagnosis or not, if they struggle with the fast pace of life or feel anxious, unsettled, or different — this class offers them space to feel safe, seen, and supported.

We do offer 1-1 sessions for children who need more support, may be sensitive to noise, change, or social situations, mask or need a space to decompress. Should I send you information on this too.

Course Dates: Sept 10th - Dec 10th, which is a 13 week term. Just a week off for half term.

Cost: £97.50 for the whole term, which is £7.50 per week, Or split payment £56/£48, which works out at £8 per week.
