An online introductory workshop for parent/carers of children up to 18 years with a diagnosis (or suspected diagnosis) of ADHD and/or Autism.
Who is this course for?
HERTFORDSHIRE RESIDENTS ONLY
Learning outcomes:
- To explore the definition of self-harm
- To discuss why neurodiverse children and young people might be at greater risk of self-harm
- To explore strategies to support a child or young person who self-harms
- To know where to go for more help
Where will the workshop take place?
This interactive workshop will be delivered online via Zoom with up to 100 participants.
The session can be accessed free via a PC, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You will receive reminder emails 2 days, 2 hours and 10 mins before the event which will include the Zoom link.
