St Albans Flyerz - Inclusive Hockey sessions (ages 5+) - 03/11/2025

Did you know St Albans Flyerz are now in their sixth season? Our simple goal is to make hockey available to ALL (age 5 and upwards) via INCLUSIVE, free sessions which are FUN, relaxed and supportive.

Sessions take place on Sundays and during the winter months, Flyerz enjoy the luxurious warmth of the gymnasium at Marlborough School, before emerging again back onto the Oaklands Astro for the spring sessions *Note currently we are outdoors all season due to Covid. All equipment is provided and no previous hockey experience is needed.

A typical session might be: fun warm ups, working on technique (regular sticks/balls) finishing with a match (and we are very good at adaptations to keep things safe and fun at Flyerz).

If you know anybody who would like to try hockey with Flyerz we would be very pleased to welcome them. The Flyerz particularly love having our club juniors join in as well so… if you think you could take us on then please have a chat with your coach about your squad joining in with a session.
