SPACE to Grow - Allotment Summer Picnic

Activities will include weeding, watering, craft, planting and enjoying the outdoor space

Join us for a lovely picnic at our SPACE allotment !

Join other SPACE families and enjoy all of the benefits of communal gardening.

Activities will range from weeding, watering, craft, painting, harvesting, planting and enjoying the outdoor space.

At this special picnice session we will be using epoxy resin and gathering flowers to create beautiful unique creations and making and decorating contrete mushrooms.

We will provide hot dogs, rolls, crisps and some nibbles. Squash water, tea and coffee ( Please feel free to bring food for any personal preferences but nut free!)

Each ticket is for one family - not one individual.

Parent/carers remain responsible for their child/children at all times.

Directions:

If you are coming off the A10 from Ware , drive past Hanbury Manor hotel on your left. A little further down the road you will see Thundridge village hall on your right hand side, almost immediately opposite the hall is a road/track. Drive down there and you will see all the allotments at the bottom. Access through the gate and follow downhill gradient. The allotment plot is on the left hand side about 3/4 of the way down opposite a communal open space. ( everyone will hear and see us as they approach)

If you are coming in from Thundridge from the other direction then the allotment will be on your right hand side right by the bus stop and opposite Thundridge Village Hall.
