    Workshop Content:

    • What is anger?
    • Anger management
    • The Assault Cycle - antecedents, behaviour, consequences
    • Strategies for managing anger & conflict

    Learning Outcomes:

    • Explore and develop an understanding of anger
    • Identify avoidance behaviour and consequences
    • Understand and identify their child or young persons ‘triggers’
    • Explore approaches and build a toolbox of practical strategies and approaches to help de-escalate challenging situations
    • Increase confidence in conflict resolution skills

This workshop is commissioned by Hertfordshire County Council.
