SPACE - Introduction to gymnastics (Hertford)

Join us for a relaxed and exclusive session at Herford Gymnastic Academy. This is a fantastic opportunity to explore Olympic size gymnastics equipment in a fun, safe, non-pressurised environment. Our children and young people will enjoy a fun packed session experiencing the beam, bars, floor and vault. The session, whilst structured, will be child-led and everyone will be able to explore at their own pace. No gymnastics experience is necessary.

Participants should wear sports clothes. No jeans, zips or skirts. Hair must be tied back and no jewellery.

Children and young people remain the responsibility of their parent/carers.
