This is a 5 week course running on consecutive Friday's -10th, 17th , 31st January and 7th, 14th February.

This is a unique opportunity to join a supportive, non-judgmental art therapy group for parent/carers.

A confidential space facilitated by a registered Art Therapist for people to play with art materials, make art and reflect together.

All welcome! No previous art making skills needed.
