SfYP - Creative Spark SEND Work Project - ages 13-17 (Hemel Hempstead) - 22/01/2025

Hertfordshire County Council Services for Young People (SfYP) supports young people with SEND, including those with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, to make a successful transition into adulthood. 

At the Creative Spark SEND Work Project at the Hemel Hempstead Young People’s Centre you can get involved with sessions which focus on healthy relationships, sexual health, resilience, independent living skills and coping with tough situations.

Activities include:

• sports and games
• arts and crafts
• music
• topical discussion groups

Qualified Youth Workers will also support you with:

• relationships
• confidence and resilience
• staying safe
• emotional wellbeing
• healthy lifestyles
• food, nutrition and cooking
• managing money and budgeting

The SfYP Hemel Hempstead Young People's Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.
