    About this event

Hertfordshire County Council Services for Young People (SfYP) supports young people with SEND, including those with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs, to have their voices heard and to make a difference in their community.

This project provides young people aged 11 to 25 with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) opportunities to express their views on the issues that are important to them as well as contributing to the improvement of services and opportunities within their local communities and Hertfordshire.
The project runs every week during term time.

Cheshunt Young People's Centre is fully wheelchair accessible.

    • Fridays 6.30 - 8.30pm, Cheshunt Young People’s Centre
    • Project is running 17/01/2025- 28/03/25
