    About this event

Our ethos at Glow Performing Arts is to provide high quality training whilst maintaining the joy of performing arts at the core of everything we do. Established by a local resident of Hemel Hempstead, we believe in supporting every student to reach their full potential.

Our classes teach a combination of Drama, Singing and Dancing. We have mainstream, SEN and home education classes.

    Why Choose Glow Performing Arts?

    • We aim to be as inclusive as possible, and specialise in SEN. We will always be happy to discuss each student's access needs and how we can accommodate them.

    • In our musical theatre classes, we will teach each child how to sing, dance and act at the same time, rather than practising each skill in isolation.

    • We don't hire teachers solely based on their performing ability. We select teachers that can create a safe and joyful environment whilst teaching performing arts skills to a high standard.

    • We create productions and showcases for you to watch at the end of term.

    • We are not a franchise, we are a collective of local artists. We can choose what we teach and how we deliver the classes based on what is best for the particular group of children signed up.

Our specialist staff work to teach performing arts skills in an inclusive and fun environment, using resources specifically targeted to students with additional needs. The aim is for the class to be a drop off class, but with our SEN students we understand that sometimes it might take some sessions with parents being present in the room for students to settle. Performing arts is great fun, but can also help develop social skills and confidence!
