About this event
Do you need help with your tech, but don’t know where to start? Whether something isn’t working, you’re feeling stuck, or you just want to ask a question, our Tech Support Drop‑In is here to help.
This free, friendly session is designed for the local community to get support with everyday technology in a relaxed and welcoming environment. You can drop in with anything from email issues, device setup, passwords security guidance, or general “how do I do this?” questions. There’s no pressure, and no such thing as a silly question 😊
Please note under 18s are not to be left unattended at this drop-in
✨ What to expect:
- One-to-one help and guidance with common tech issues
- Clear, simple explanations where possible to build your confidence
- Practical advice you can actually understand and use
- A supportive, inclusive space for everyone, including neurodiverse individuals 🌻
This session focuses on advice and basic support rather than technical repairs, so while we won’t be taking devices apart or carrying out hardware fixes, we will do our best to guide you, explain your options, and point you in the right direction if something more complex is needed.
👥 Delivered by Avefinity in collaboration with Potential Kids, this drop‑in is all about making technology more accessible, less overwhelming, and easier for everyone to use in everyday life.
