Parenting ADHD Skills 3 week course (SPACE)

A 3 session course which covers understanding ADHD and gives some strategies and ideas about the best way to parent those with the condition

SPACE are licensed to deliver the ADHD Foundation’s Parent/Carers Skills Building Programme in Hertfordshire. Each session is 2 hours long and occurs on the same day and time each week. There is one session per week, delivered on a Tuesday, so the course will be delivered in 3 sessions over 3 weeks. It is advised that you attend all sessions to gain maximum benefit.

• Diet and Nutrition
