Herts Disability Sports Foundation -Fitness session (ages 18+) - Welwyn - 21/01/2025

Herts Disability Sports Foundation exists to provide sports and physical activity opportunities, accessible to everyone, in order to improve conditions of life and advance mental and physical health and wellbeing.  HDSF also has a remit to advance education in the form of training and development, promote volunteering, social inclusion, equality and diversity. We have adapted the sorts of activities and support we can provide during 2020 and 2021 to enable us to keep working to support people with disability, despite restrictions that have been in place. We will continue to try and respond to conditions to make sure we can support those who use our services.
