About this event
Our Carer Support Hubs allow you to meet with other carers, share information, support each other and chat over a cuppa. This month we have invited the charity ‘Music for the Mind’ to come along and talk about their work .They aim to improve the quality of life of people living with dementia, their families and carers, through the use of personalised music.
