Cambridge Dons Goalball Club
What is goalball?
Goalball is a Paralympic team sport for people with a visual impairment. Teams of three throw a ball (with bells inside) down a tactile court trying to score a goal, with the opposition team using their body to block the ball. The team with the most goals win. Everyone is blindfolded during the game.
When? Every other Sat 11am– 2pm

Who? We are fully inclusive and have people who are fully sighted, partially sighted, and blind. People with Additional disabilities are welcome. Age 14+, with younger children taken on an individual basis. Parents, carers, and guardians are welcome to stay or drop their young person off.
Cost? Free for the first three sessions. Then £5 per session (an annual membership can be agreed)

What to bring? Indoor trainers, long trousers and a long-sleeved top. We provide padding and eye shades.
Who are the Cambridge Dons?
Founded in January 2012, we have grown to be one of the largest clubs in the UK. Our players are aged between 14 and 60 years. We are friendly and welcoming, supporting each other both on and off the court. Volunteers are also welcome.
