Family Centre Service - SEND Chat and Play, Hemel Hempstead - 06/05/2026

SEND Chat and Play are designed to provide a relaxed, supportive environment for families of children with emerging or diagnosed SEND needs, offering both play opportunities and access to trusted local information.Each session is facilitated by the Family Centre Service's experienced SEND Champions, who are on hand to:

•    Support families in navigating local SEND services

•    Provide information about local groups, upcoming courses, and other resources

•    Offer a listening ear for any concerns families may wish to share

Sessions are open to families with or without their children being present. 

Please come along to one of the below sessions to meet with professionals from the Family Support Service. Early Years SEND team and Public Health Nursing team will also be present on specific dates to provide additional support.
