    Transforming family life with empathy - For grandparents of children aged 4-10 in Herts / Beds

     

     Lesley and Francine will use an empathic approach to help grandparents develop: 

    • Empathy to stay emotionally regulated and guide children through heightened emotions , thoughts and behaviours
    • Help children to manage their anxiety 
    • Help to reduce aggressive behaviours
    • Build stronger family connections

    This is an interactive online course

    Online live streamed - Google Classroom

    Venue Information

    This course/workshop is run as real-time online using Google Classroom. This means that instead of having to go to a classroom, the classroom comes to you! You are taught by a teacher and you will have classmates that you share ideas with. To take part you will need a tablet or laptop/computer with a webcam and microphone to enable you to interact. A few days before the start, your teacher will email you with instructions on how to join the class.
