Early Years SEND Team - Transitions online session (under 5s)

Starting Reception is a big milestone for both children and parents, especially if your child has any special educational needs. It’s completely natural to have questions about how to prepare.

To support families during this important transition, the Early Years SEND team are hosting an online MS Team’s session on Tuesday 16th June at 7pm, where we’ll share practical tips, and ways to support your child’s emotional and social readiness for school.

We’ll also talk through what to expect in the first weeks of reception and answer any questions you may have. We’d love for you to join us and feel confident and reassured as you take this next step with your child.

Please note this session is for parents of children with special educational needs and disabilities.
