Autism Herts are excited to let you know about the Creativity for Wellbeing course

Times: 11am - 2pm

Course content:

We will be exploring a variety of wellbeing topics such as anxiety, self-esteem and positive thinking

We will then learn and practice different creative strategies to support your wellbeing.
