About this event
Autistic people are more likely to experience anxiety. A recent National Autistic Society survey found 47% of autistic people fall into the severe anxiety category based on GAD diagnostic criteria. Anxiety for those on the autism spectrum can be more intense than for those who are not.
Join us to look at anxiety in more detail and discuss ways to help support your child or young person.
To access our workshops and support groups you will need to become a member which is free of charge and easy to do through our quick online form.
Zoom links will be sent to all our members the day before the event and will also be posted on our secret Facebook group for members. If you would like to be emailed an invitation, please email info@angelssupportgroup.org.uk
