About this event
My Teen Brain focuses on a key stage of brain development and shows how changes in the adolescent brain, in conjunction with experience and environment, can affect emotions, relationships, behaviours, sleep and attitudes to risk. This course will enable practitioners to support young people through this time of change and will also create a greater understanding of how the teenage brain works and the needs and risks that young people require or are exposed to.
