    About this event

    Join us for an afternoon of monsters, magic and mayhem at Hertfordshire Archives & Local Studies.

    Brew a bubbling potion, create a scary dragon and write a message in invisible ink during this exciting hands-on activity inspired by local history. Suitable for children aged between 5 and 12 years. All children must be accompanied by an adult (adults go free).

    Venue Information

    In addition to our week day opening hours we also open on the 1st Saturday of each month, from 10am to 2pm. We're open until 7.30pm on the first Tuesday of each month by appointment only. Contact us by 9am on the previous Friday to book. Customers are welcome to bring their own flask and refreshments to eat in our foyer area. Water cooler (bring your own re-usable cup or bottle). Purchases can be made from the Heritage Shop in person or through our e-store.
