    What is this workshop about?

    This 2-hour workshop will show you how to create cards using the simple technique of tea bag folding whilst also thinking ‘sustainable.’   

    Who is this workshop for?

    This course is aimed towards people who are beginners in the art of paper crafting.

    Entry Requirements to do this workshop:

    A basic level of conversational and written English is needed to complete this course.

    How you will be assessed?

    Through questions and answers, the completion of a learner reflection form and a photograph of your work completed project/s.

    What learners need to bring/supply

    Learners will require A4 card (coloured or white), A4 paper (for interior of card), decorative paper (suggestions include old maps, books, music etc.) pencil, ruler, scissors (guillotine), glue stick/glue dots and decorative bits such as ribbons, stickers, small old decorations and even small broken brooches etc.

    Venue Information

    This course/workshop is run as real-time online using Google Classroom. This means that instead of having to go to a classroom, the classroom comes to you! You are taught by a teacher and you will have classmates that you share ideas with. To take part you will need a tablet or laptop/computer with a webcam and microphone to enable you to interact. A few days before the start, your teacher will email you with instructions on how to join the class.

    *Except for the registration fee, this course/workshop is fully funded by The Education & Skills Funding Agency for adults who meet the following criteria:

    • A Hertfordshire Resident
    • Aged 19 years or older on 31st August 2024
    • UK National and lived in the UK for the last 3 years or EEA National with settled/pre-settled status and lived in the UK/EEA for the last 3 years
