WELLBEING at The Zone
A little time for you — to unwind, learn, and connect.Our Wellbeing Fridays are designed especially for parents and carers of neurodivergent young people. Join us in a calm, welcoming space where you can relax, share experiences, and enjoy specialist guidance from accredited professionals.
Activities vary each week and may include:

Creative & Quiet Area
Mindfulness & Relaxation
Self-care & Wellbeing Talks
Mini Workshops & Health Talks
